为医院对口支援工作，促进健康扶贫工作扎实开展,5月9日下午，由邢台市卫计委主办、南和县卫计局承办的乡镇卫生院能力提升“春雨工程”签约仪式，在南和县卫计局三楼会议室举行。
签约仪式上,医院、医院、冀中能医院医院共派驻8名医师，分别与南和县8个乡镇卫生院签订“春雨工程”对口支援协议书。根据协议，派驻医师挂职乡镇卫生院第一副院长，派驻时间为年5月15日-年5月15日。派驻医师将在完善乡镇卫生院各项管理制度，指导居民健康档案管理，做好卫生院日常诊疗，开展家庭医生签约服务，推广应用中医药适宜技术，指导卫生院和辖区卫生室建立健全健康知识宣传等6方面工作上给予技术支持。
此举将进一步推动南和县基层医疗机构的服务能力，缓解乡镇卫生院医疗人才短缺问题，为开展健康扶贫，解决贫困群众看病难、看病贵问题作出积极贡献。
